Return and Refund Policy

Basement Hits sells original collectible-style sports cards, art cards, display cards, and related card products created and listed by Basement Hits.

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns

Because Basement Hits products are limited-run, collectible, and made in small batches, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, duplicate purchases, or preference-based reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue

If the claim is approved, Basement Hits may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Limited Availability

Some products may be one-of-one, limited-run, or no longer available after purchase. If a replacement is not available, an approved claim may be resolved with store credit or a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Digital Products

Digital products, if offered, are non-refundable once delivered.

Shipping Issues

Basement Hits is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit or delayed, please contact us and we will help review the tracking details.
