Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Basement Hits is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and final delivery are controlled by the carrier.

Damaged Packages
